Trinity weight loss is a term I gave to 3 important overweight people must do in other for them to loose weight and become more healthier .This three important things are very easy step to follow .All you need is dedication and determination ( what I will call double D). The 3 steps to follow to ensure effective weight loss are :

  1. Empower and detoxify your elimination system:

The first step to weight loss is to ensure that all the elimination and digestive organs are empowered to function optimally . This will greatly enhance your weight loss process . Also detoxification will remove the build of toxins and fatty tissue that cause your weight gain . once these are done your weight loss will be simple and effortless .

    • Colon detoxification : I am sure unless you have two to three bowel movements a day , your digestive system is slow and sluggish .

A sluggish , constipated , swollen colon , retaining pounds of old faecal matter and can either compress a nearby organ causing disease , or eit infection and toxins which can affect and infect any area of the body and cause gaining of weight. The colon therefore should be the first place to clean and detoxify . There are many products used to detoxify the colon.

    • Juice fasting : This is probably the most important weight loss activity , yet it is the one most people find hard . Juice fasting be done over three days , seven days or twenty days fast will completely detoxify your body , flush out fat cells and reset the body’s system.This should be done under the supervision of your doctor.

This is always applied to extreme cases If not this method is optional . 3 – 15pound of weight loss are achieved. Using a rebounder or a mini trampoline allows you to burn fat easily and strengthen every nerve and cell of your body simultaneously. Gently jumping up and down on a rebounder for just ten minutes day will stimulate the lymphatic system and increase your metabolism. A very effective weight loss activity.
